FAVOURITE PRE-MATCH TRADITION: These days it’s a fair bit of strapping, my slick back stick and lots of prehab.

AN INTERESTING FACT: I am getting married in December and 4 of my bridesmaids are from Wales lacrosse (and 1 is from Scotland lacrosse)!

FAVOURITE WALES MEMORY: Too many to count, but our US tour to Florida and Europeans in Israel are up there!

FAVOURITE ATHLETE: Growing up I was inspired by tennis players (Serena, Kim Clijsters), these days I’m inspired by up and coming athletes like Keely Hodgkinson, Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers. My lacrosse inspiration is of course Wales legend Ros Lloyd-Rout (most capped player of all time)!
