PROFESSION: Assistant Director of Sport at Downe House

INTERNATIONAL LACROSSE EXPERIENCE: World Championships 2013, 2017 & 2022, World Games 2017, European Championships 2012, 2015, 2019, 2024

SPECIAL ACCOLADES: All-European Team 2019 and 2024

AN INTERESTING FACT: I perfected my defensive footwork at the Royal Ballet School and have travelled to all seven inhabited continents, including kayaking amongst icebergs in Antarctica.

FAVOURITE WALES MEMORY: Tours and Easter camps have always been highlights, particularly a memorable scavenger hunt around New York and some fiercely competitive archery tag. On the field, being part of the dramatic last-minute victory over the Haudenosaunee in 2013 and the comeback win against Israel in 2015 are moments I will never forget. Most importantly, Wales Lacrosse has given me lifelong friendships and even two goddaughters, making the relationships formed through the sport my most treasured memories.

PREGAME RITUAL: Nothing too specific—I don't have any lucky socks or superstitions - but I will be ready when the first whistle goes!

SPORTING INSPIRATION : Lydia Rayne was the first person who really made me believe in my lacrosse abilities (a long time ago now!). Since then, I have been inspired by athletes who push the boundaries of what is humanly possible while embodying the values of sportsmanship, humility and respect.
