We are a team of ambitious and hardworking individuals, currently training towards the 2026 World Championships in Tokyo. Having the right training and coaching environment will be crucial to our success.
The 2025/2026 Road to the World Championships involves:
- Monthly training weekends across the UK
- A tour to Boston in October
- A tour across the Midlands in February where we will face up against three different University teams
- Home Internationals in England, facing up against England, Scotland and Japan.
- World Championships in Tokyo, Japan, 19 July - 3 August 2026
The World Championships, including the build-up, will cost each player in the region of £10,000. For 22 players this equates to a total of approximately £120,000. This covers the costs of coaching, facilities, travel, tours and kit.
We are a team of 22 full-time workers and students trying to live our dreams. We would be incredibly grateful for any and all support you are able to give through donations, purchasing merchandise, auction items, partnership opportunities, shop via our EasyFundraising site, or indeed through any other means. Please also do reach out if you have any further suggestions, ideas, or contributions.
All money raised will go towards reducing each player's costs for the 2025-26 season. All money will be split equally between each squad member. Please note, individual donations or sponsorships over £1,000 will be matched.
